Everyday when you wake up, you are given a second chance to make changes to our lives. Are you ready? First and foremost, you need to define goals (i.e. learn a new programming language? finish an olympic distance triathlon? be a better dad? learn a new language? get a new job?…). Ideally break the goal down in smaller, challenging though achievable pieces. The joy of conquering your first one will fuel your motivation towards the next and so on. Do not ever give up! It wont be easy though if you do not challenge yourself, there is no growth / no improvement / no new skills developed.
Journey can be more pleasant if you find a group that hold you accountable. That could be your family and/or coach and/or persons with similar interests. This will help you (a lot) on the days that you may not feel like pushing yourself.
